Help with uploading to app store

When I go to upload the zip file it says there is no app or something...do I have to delete anything or export anything from Xcode, then zip it, or is everything I need downloaded from gamesalad in the iphone compatible game project?

Are you using a new distribution certificate?
Just about everyone here tries it first with the dev certificate
