Looking for a talented sound effects music composer

Hey there this is my first post im looking for someone that is good at making sound effects, and songs. I require a song about 1 minute long + 10 or so sound fx for my upcoming game! I need sound effects similar to tiny wings. I have a budget of $100 for the 1 quality song +sound effects so let me know if you have what it takes!
