NextGen got banned?!? Any one know why?

Hey guys. I just got an email from nextgen- http://gamesalad.com/p/NextGenEntertainment saying he is unable to get on gamesalad. When he does, this screen shows up-
It says he's been banned for almost 5 years because of "Aquarius". Its a zodiac symbol- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aquarius_(astrology)
He said he has no idea what happened. Is this a mistake?
