Bundle ID not showing up

I have been trying a couple different things to get my game to publish and each time I get to the iTunes Connect I cannot find my correct Bundle ID. I have created multiple and they show up except for the one I need. I have tried using some of the ones shown to continue, but always get an error at the binary upload stage... any thoughts or suggestions on how to find that bundle I need?

    Open the organizer for Xcode and delete any related for that app then download it again from the dev portal. Close GS then reopen and try again

    Make sure the zip name is similar to the app. I had a lot of trouble with that ;)
