I was just wondering how does it all work when you pay the £60?

i suppose the apple one?
you buy the 60£ package.
you wait about 24 hours max (usually about 6 hours)
and they send u by email an activation code.
you activate it through the sites.
then you follow the gs tutorial on how to publish games to the app store
