renew provisioning profile???

Hi, how do I renew my provisioning profile? I can't open my GameSalad viewer on my ipod touch because the provisioning profile has expired. Thanks.

    Remember when you made that provisioning profile in itunesconnect? Login to iTunes connect and re download that profile to set it up again in xcode

    Strange thing. I noticed that the viewer app on one of my Idevices continued to work when I removed the provisioning profile that had expired and before I made a new one. I was puzzled by this.

    When I go to my ios provisioning portal, go to provisioning, and it shows the provisioning profile and that its status is 'expired' but how do i download it? Sorry i completely forget everything.
