Can you publish a game over 10mb for iphone on GS?

I'm trying to publish a game through the website for the iphone, but it's over 10mb... Are we able to do this now, or does it have to be under 10mb?

There's not supposed to be any limit to IPhone publishing. Maybe it's a bug?
