Best way to manage Bundle IDs

As Bundle ID must be unique, with a lite and full version for iPhone, iPad and Mac there should be 6 different IDs for each project.
Is there a sort of convention for abbreviations? How do you solve it?

Thanks, but I also need:
appnamemac, appnameiPad, appnameiPod or could be same ID on different devices?

P.S. All lowercase or CapiTaliZed?
