How is it that games like this pass through apple? This will certainly be pulled very soon.... huge infringement!

Interesting it's really weird they allowed it at all. Nintendo will probably find it then tell the seller to get rid of it.

It was approved b/c it doesn't infringe on anything of Apple's. They will approve copyrighted material, but will take it down IF asked by the copyright owner.
