Turn an image into a puzzle

Hi guys. Another art question for you. I know how to make an image into a puzzle in PS, but there is no way to export the image into pieces. Does anyone have a recommended application that can do that?

does it break it up into layers if so just copy and paste each layer as a new image

It will cut your image to however many equal sections that you want. I got it for the same reason as you, and it works great

Thanks artonskyblue, but it only does squares. That's alright most of the time, but I actually want them to look like puzzle pieces. If Darren and the team add shapes later i'll pick it up.

@tenrdrmer - No I don't see that it breaks them into layers. I wish it did though.
