account does not have the correct permissions?

I'm trying to publish my iphone game.After I publish it I try to drag it to my iphoone and it says my account does not have the correct permissions?

Did I get my apple permissions wrong? I am registered with apple to publish to iphone

    Same prob. My app doesn't even show up in my portfolio anymore. Help!
