Profile settings are back! As you can see, I have a new picture. I might keep it, or I might make a new one soon, but hooray!

    You need to press the green check mark.

    when you load the picture a clock will come up spinning in where it shows the picture, dont touch anything and let it do that. When it stops youll see your picture and a red x and a green checkmark under it. Press the checkmark, and dont touch it while it loads and let it sit for a minute. Then log out and log back in

    If it doesnt work keep trying sometimes it takes a couple tries

    after you click the green check mark to accept your pic click it again thena clock looking animation happens for a few seconds. I had the same issue the first time i uploaded my pic

    Worked for me, I noticed this before there where any comments but just to let ya know :P

    I dont think Png will work but. mine was copied off my facebook

    So has anyone who already had an avatar had any luck in changing theirs. I never get a check mark or x that appear once my new image loads.

    I think you have to use Safari. I couldn't change anything in Firefox.

    Well I may just have to claim i'm a genius.

    Ok anyone not seeing the green checkmark and the red x the issue is the images are not loading. click edit and select all when you have your new image up. then one line below the choose file button and to the right you will see to darker highlights those are the buttons with no image in them. the one on the right is the Green CheckMark you need to click to save your avatar.

    Sorry about the weirdness... in the initial deploy process i forgot to create the temp directory that shows off your pic previews. The new deploy script already addresses that, so all is well.

    Also, once you see the "clock" your pic has been (more or less) updated. The clock is just a way to show that it's uploading to it's final resting place (amazon s3).

    For some reason everyone is talking about profile working. Mine isnt. it still says its taking a break.
