Changing the Title of your Game

Can you Change the title of your game at anytime or change the icon for a game if you like? I may be changing the Title of one of my platformers since I think the title is too long...

    Is everyone sure about this? I emailed Apple just to make sure it's not against their rules to rename an app, I know changing the icon is okay.

    If it is okay, I'm wondering if I could resubmit it as a new game instead of an update, or if they only allow you to change the name under revising the app...

    I was thinking of pulling the prior app, tweaking a few things, changing the name and icon and resubmitting as new, just wanted to make sure this is okay

    Take for example RPS:TM:TG (shameless plug). It was originally called 'Rock Paper Scissors: The Movie: The Game' with the icon with a sundown and a silhouette, now it is called 'Ninja Rock Paper Scissors' with a ninja star icon.
