I am unsure how to cartoon and/or doodle a picture, i looked online and didn't find anything so can u tell mr if possible and how to do it

    Get illustrator or hire an artist. those are the 2 best options. not the ONLY options but the best

    Inkscape is a free option.

    I have illustrator, but idk how to cartoon it
    but i do know how to trace

    not really, but looked at many tutorials

    just start with the basics. you can't RUSH into illustrator unless you have a hired tutor or watch tutorials DAILY. lol. start with shapes and combining them. and try to trace things with the pen tool. then start messing with gradients and gradient meshes and things like that
