Apple Developer Program

Well I just tried to join the Apple Developer Program and I got a "Can't reach the store" error. Is this normal? Do you think it is just down? Weird.

    Seems pretty normal, the only reason people wouldn't get it that often would be because the store isn;t down that often, hehe. But I suspect its fine, try again in a an hour or so.
