Is there a youtube tutorial or something to show me how to publish my game? I want to know exactly what to do to test it, how to get my express account, etc.

if you could include how to get the new viewer running (without the timed out error message popping up) too that would be awesome and also a demo of making an adhoc build would be very helpful.
