What's a fair price to sell my MacBook?

I decided I want to go smaller and lighter with the new 11.6" MacBook Air.

I currently have the black MacBook. It's still in excellent condition, no bad pixels or scratches on the LCD, and keyboard, trackpad, and palmrest are all clean. It's even still under the extended AppleCare warranty until December 15, 2010.

Intel Core 2 Duo 2.2GHz CPU
13.3" LCD
4GB 667MHz DDR2 memory
640GB 5400RPM SATA hard drive
Mac OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.4
iLife '11

You know the rest of the specs, webcam, AC adapter, etc.

Anyone interested, or anyone know how to properly price this thing?

The problem with that is that I received it (with 1GB/160GB/no AC adapters) as a straight trade for my iPad (yes, the guy was desperate for one), to which I spent $150 in upgrades to get to the specs they are now.

Dude, just check ebay like the rest of the world :P

You prob get around 500/550 on eBay, white ones are going around 400/450

eBay or Craigslist do not provide a fair representation, as I've seen numbers all over the place.

I sold my then-not-unlockable iPhone 3GS 32GB for $550 cash to a Chinese cook on CraigsList on the day they announced the iPhone 4. Yet, a friend sold two of his 32GB for $390 each in the same week.

Unfortunately, the best you'll probably get is about $500-$550 like jonmulcahy said. In the world of computers and electronics, doing upgrades usually doesn't net you much of anything in return. You might be able to stretch it to $600... but I wouldn't hold my breath.
