Can't get the iphone game salad viewer to work

i have the gamesalad screen on my iphone, but i don't have the preview in iphone button, please help!

Have you activated GameSalad Creator. Use your GameSalad.com email/password in the 'Activate Membership...' from the GameSalad menu. GameSalad->Activate Membership

yes i have, activated my subscription, and i have the gamesalad in my iphone screen saying "waiting for connection", but i still don't see the button for me to preview it with the GS viewer

So when you select GameSalad->'About GameSalad' from the menu you do see 'Express' below the version number?

If so, is your device and computer on the same network?
