Cannot Publish to GameSalad ( Error Saving Project)

Hi, if i click on "Publish to Iphone Game", the Upload Progress bar goes slowly to 100% but after that i get the error message:

"Could not Upload Game Project"
"Error Saving Project"

if i try to upload my .game file via the gamesalad website, i get the same error.
What can i do?

i located the error, it comes if i type in a price like 0,49
