Simple facial animation work

Hey! Im looking for someone that could make me a animation for my game. It would be a face similar to Debugdesigns gs pic! I would need simple face movements such as blinking,winking,smiling and other expressions.

I would preferably want to do it for a 50/50 split on profits as I have next to no money but if not a quote would be nice

Oh and does anyone want a code for a £50 google ad?
