I have to pay GS enroll and Apple Developer Program enroll to publish?

I want to publish my app, but I dont know if I have to pay the 99 dollars of the GS enrolling AND the 99 dollars of Apple Developer Program enroll to publish my app?

Or I just have to pay the GS enroll?

    Every year you must pay Apple 99 and Gendai 99. It's not a one time cost.

    But when you've done the game and exported it, you'll just need to pay Apple (99USD/year) and continue to sale it.

    Of course, if you want to develop more games after 1 year, you'll need to pay GS, 99 USD/year.

    Right?
