Sorry, I need a little help Getting IAP pass Apples Submission process.

Hi again.
I've having problem with Apple accepting my IAP on my app.
It took a while for me to work things out. Yes, I'm old and slow. lol. But I believe it now works fine. (Please see video). But they are saying it doesn't work?
I'm lost as to what to do next.
About the video:-
"So at the start I press the "Remove Ads" button top left.
It changes to [Please Wait] whiles it connects to the apple servers (I guess that's what's happening)
The apple purchase screen show up. I hit [Purchase], enter my PassWord.
and then its done.
I currently have a 10sec time out set, they goes off showing a error. (I'll adjust that for a little longer)
its already been purchased before, so just say ok.
then the little top left button says thank you and the adverts have been removed"
The process works. I can close the app and restart it and adverts stay removed.
they complain about the menu too, so I will be updating that next build too.

The Apple environment for testing IAPs is VERY slow. That 10s is probably too short. I'd definitely try increasing that to 30s and trying again.
