Quiz game issue with answer bars

I'm developing a quiz app and everything works great except there is one big problem. The same answer is showing on every answer bar, rather than 4 different potential answers.

Can someone DM me so I can send over my project file? I can PayPal a TIP if someone can find a fix for it.

    Check to make sure you're not using the same formula on every bar.

    Yes, I think that's what the problem is. I can't figure out how to fix it though : /

    That's actually the template that I based it on lol. I stripped everything down to the bare essentials to make it easier to pin-point the problem. The issue is with the "answers" actor, if anyone feels so inclined to have a look. What's really strange to me is that I manually set the Y coordinates for the answers to allocate to but they still lump together all on one answer bar. I'm just stumped!
