How do i change tags?

Current tag is enamies but i want to change it to allies or just remove the tag all together, how?

    In your project, go to home, actors then on the left hand side double click the name of the tag you want to change the name of or single click then click the - sign in the bottom left to delete it.

    Is the Tag-based collision still not working? I thought the last time I tried it didn't do anything.
