Pay for reviews!!!

Have you guys and gals been hit up by a company offering to give good app reviews for a fee?

    500 reviews for 500 bucks

    If it wasnt so shady the 500 downloads alone for the boost would be worth while

    If Apple figures out that you pay someone for reviewing your app, Apple will certainely kick you out of the App Store. So don't do it. :-)

    I'm sure Jirbo did this and a self-download shotgun effect to get 'StealthBomber' to #1 recently. Look at the user reviews after it suddenly topped the charts and they are all 1 star.

    touch call i think if its morally correct
    well actually false reviews would be shady for sure but, i dont know about just paying for downloads. Business is business and just the download number factor isnt too much diff than running contest to boost numbers or giving out codes for a boost

    tough call

    I'd be way to scared to get the plug pulled on me though
    not worth it for that alone

    I for sure would not pay for something like this after I heard apple was investigating a developer for false reviews and pulled his app
