Hello, GooglePlay requires us to do the above two things. May I ask how it can be handled to meet the requirements?

One of the needs should be resolved before August 31, which is more urgent.

  • We detected that your application specifies an old Android version. To ensure a safe and reliable experience for users, Google Play requires all applications to meet the target API level requirements.
  • Starting August 31, 2023, you will not be able to update your app if its target API level is not within 1 year of the latest Android version release.
  • To continue updating your app, make sure your app targets Android 13 (API level 33).

    For the middle one, you'll need to update your app at least once a year by re-publishing on our platform.

    For the API 33 thing, we're working on it this week and hope to have something released to RC tomorrow or Wednesday.
