Application Loader Errors

Hi guys has anyone had an issue with iTunes Connect application loader? I have tried using it for the first time today since the change over to upload some updates and I keep getting the following errors.
Directory Services reported the following error: Your Apple ID or password was entered incorrectly. (-20101)
The problem is it does not give me any options to do anything?
any ideas?
