Resizing images

Ok. I know I'm not the only one with this problem. Im trying to publish my game on GS. I can't finish because the pics I have need to be resized or jpeg to png. It keeps saying (The image selected must have the dimensions of 480x320 px). Is there a free program I can download for this frustration? I'm at 36% progress with my Arcade listing, still no luck. I need 78% to proceed to the next step. Please help...

    http://apps.pixlr.com/editor/ is an free online resource and it can be compared to photoshop.

    Hey guy! I found a website that uploads the pictures from my computer and converts them into any size i want. I took a picture from my computer and resized it to 800x480 which i needed to have it as screen shots for my game. Try it. I love it.     Are you using a mac??

    Just double click on PNG. It will come up in the viewer. Tools and scroll down to resize tool.

    I hated resizing images until I read about this handy trick.
