Google Play and App Store, is it possible to know URL of our App before App will be published to the Store?

Well it normally is

"https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.yourdomain.appname"

So my guess is yes since is uses the Android package name ...

@neoman‌ is spot on with the google play URL, I do this all the time. As for App store, Simply register your app name by uploading your screen shots etc. after this stage, you will have a link at the top of your page. This is the link that will go live after your app has been accepted...
