Illustrator looking to start projects/game studio with Programmer (Free Art)!

Hi guys, I'm an experienced Illustrator/cartoonist and have only very recently got into game salad. I have numerous game Ideas and I'm looking to get started on some projects. I'm ideally looking for a programmer to work along side, to create some exciting projects, whether it be brain storming on brand new games, or developing each others game ideas (for which I will offer my work for free and cut any profit from the games right down the middle).
I can show you some of my gam concept art later on, but for now here is my illustration page on Facebook http://www.facebook.com/toonshack , there is just some of my work on there (mainly cartoons and mascot designs).
