Need help forming a group! PLEASE READ

Hi everyone, i want to make a game developing group. Or just a person to help me out on games. I am 9 years old (turning 10 in January) so you WILL expect one of those squeakers you find on video games. I just need someone to help me out with some games.
What i really need is a good graphics designer.
