Gamesalad doesn't create .app

After gamesalad asks me where I want to save my .app file when publishing for the iPhone it doesn't actually save the file, I can't find it and I have tried saving it to several locations including the desktop. Without this I can't upload it with Application Loader, am I missing something?

    For me it was that I had 2 provisioning profiles in my keychain (my old expired one and my new active one). I deleted the old one and everything worked.
